New, unused merchandise in its original condition can be returned with its original packaging, tags and included accessories. Apply no later than 30 days after delivery. We accept exchange requests and both defective and non-defective returns.
For example, a change of mind, personal preference or selected wrong item may prompt a non-defective return. We also resolve damage, defects, incorrect shipment, missing parts or a substantial departure from the description. Send an explanation with the purchase number and checkout email. When damage, defects, wrong or incomplete goods are involved, supply photos or video of the product and packaging.
Returns travel by mail after our authorization; do not ship them in advance. Use the free return label included with the package. No restocking fee applies, and exchanges rely on inventory available at the time. We process an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days after approval.
